Welcome to the bike trail through Florahome - our part of the Palatka - Lake Butler State Trail. The railroad, which also once provided train access to and from Florahome has traded its rails for a trail that will eventually run from Palatka to Lake Butler and possibly even St. Augustine. The trail is now accessible in Florahome, Grandin and Keystone Heights, FL with the map below showing the part of the trail extending from Grandin to Etonia State Forest. While on the bike trail through Florahome, be sure to visit a bit of Florahome's past at Florahome Station. Meet the Cumbus family and enjoy a trip down memory lane through their many vintage treasures and antiques. Also, many thanks to all who made the bike trail through Florahome possible and may your chain never fall off. It's an old Florahome saying.
