Yes there really is a green river here in Florida,... at least for the celebration and you're all invited to see it for yourself March 14th at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. You'll also find various St. Patrick's Day Parades happening in the state as well as an entire Celtic Music & Heritage Festival going on in St. Augustine. Other things to do in Florida March 13, 14, 15, 2015 have a green theme of a different hue - like the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival now in full swing in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The Marion County Master Gardeners' Spring Festival is also taking place March 14-15,   so if you wanna go green you can start with the thumb. That's an old gardener's joke. Quite a few green things to do in Florida March 14, 15, 16, 2014 beginning with the Lakewood Ranch, Irish Celtic Festival & Lucky Dog Parade. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with food, music, live entertainment and don't miss the inaugural Lakewood Ranch Irish Celtic 5K and Family Fun Run. It's all happening March 15th at Central Park amenity center in Lakewood Ranch, so be there! Other things to do in Florida March 14, 15, 16, 2014 include Florida’s Largest Home Show in Tampa and in Panama City check out the Panama City Yacht and Boat Show. Both shows are scheduled for March 14 - 16 so make a weekend of it. If your looking for things to do in Florida March 11, 12, 13, 2011
put on something green because one quick look at this week's list and you'll know Florida is going green in a big way for St. Patrick's Day 2011. Though officially St. Patrick's Day is not until March 17th, the celebrating will begin early with festivals, parades and all sorts of Celtic merry making going on in nearly every part of the state. Of course you need not be Irish to participate as most Americans will happily celebrate anything as long as there's food and drink involved. It does however enrich the experience knowing what the hoopla is all about, so if you're not acquainted with St. Patrick or bonny Erin of old, check out St. Patrick's Day.com to get the gist of what's going on. Other things to do in Florida this Mar 11, 12, 13, 2011 are a continuation of celebrations from last week with the flower show at Epcot still drawing thousands. And while we're on the subject - be sure to see Florahome USA's Florida Gardens post listing many of Florida's best gardens. Biker's are also currently in hog heaven with more events scheduled in Daytona, Orlando and other Bike friendly places here in Florida this week. The Sumter County Fair also opens this weekend along with the County Fair in Okeechobee, so get ready for those if your close enough to attend. With gas prices being what they are - or what they were on the gas prices page ten minutes ago, it's good that there ARE so many things to do in Florida March 11, 12, 13 2011.
