Things to do in Florida March 2, 3, 4, 2012

Deciding on which things to do in Florida March 2, 3, 4, 2012 is going to be tough. Even close to home, or Florahome in our case, there's the Florida Azalea Festival over in Palatka which like the flower it's named for provides a fun and colorful way to welcome in the Spring. Be sure to include a trip to Ravine Gardens while in Palatka if you want the full Azalea Fest experience - it's really a beautiful place. Another clear signal that springtime in Florida is right on our doorstep is The 'Florida Strawberry Festival' in Plant City - one of the sweetest spots in the state. If music is a big on your list of things to do in Florida March 2, 3, 4, 2012, the Strawberry Festival offers up some of the biggest names in the industry with The Band Perry, Hank Williams Jr. Josh Turner and even Reba just a taste of what to expect at this year's event. For those lucky folks near Floral City, Florida this weekend, 'The Floral City Strawberry Festival' is also on the list set for March 3 - 4, so don't miss it! Another date fast approaching is St. Patrick's Day on March 17th, but with celebrations taking place at different times for different locations, a link to the Florida Irish Heritage Center will help you keep track of the many St. Patrick’s Day parades, festivals and events in Florida for 2012. Looking for Spring Things to do in Florida February 24, 25, 26, 2012? With the warm weather we've been having lately you may be itching to get an early start on the season and if you happen to be in the West Palm Beach area Feb 24 - 26, the 'Spring Home Hottub and Landscape Show' is the place to do just that. Even in Waldo Florida just a hop, skip and a jump from Florahome, folks are displaying symptoms of Spring Fever with the only known cure being a healthy dose of bluegrass music (side effects may include nose bleed, liver dysfunction and mild toenail fungus). Oh come on - GO FOR IT! The 'Spring Bluegrass Festival' in Waldo runs Feb 23 - 26 and is a sure cure for just about anything that ails you. Other music-fest type things to do in Florida February 24, 25, 26, 2012 are the Pahokee Heritage Music Festival Feb 24 - 26. the Calusa Music & Arts Festival in Tampa on February 25th and don't miss the Panama City Strawberry Music Fest scheduled for the 25th and 26th of February 2012. Another special music event planned for Feb 25th will do the soul as well as the body good and that's 'A Night of Old Gospel Favorites' at Dover Shores Baptist Church in Orlando, so look for that one as well.
